Hospital has been part of the Fort Wayne
community for over 60 years. We are a full service facility
providing the finest professional health care for you pet.
The health care staff at Allen Veterinary Hospital will
provide your pet with the best in time and attention.
Allen Veterinary Hospital was named after two brothers Dr.
B.V. and Eber H. Allen, who opened the Allen Veterinary
Hospital in 1946. Dr. Eber H. Allen retired in 1980 and the
hospital was taken over by the current owner, Dr. Edward G.
Rademaker, a 1977 graduate of Purdue University. Also on the
staff is Dr. Patricia A. Funnell, a 1985 Purdue University
graduate and Dr. Helga I. Beck, a 1992 Purdue University
Graduate.
All of our veterinarians are members of the American Veterinary Medical
Association, Indiana Veterinary Medical Association,
Northeast Indiana Veterinary Medical Association and Fort
Wayne Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Funnell is also a
member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians.
